     We are a three-generation combined family business consisting of grand-mother, daugther, and grand-daughter located in South Florida. With over 30 years experience, we put that motherly affection into raising all of our hand-fed babies. We take special care to make sure our babies know they are loved. We cuddle and play with all of our babies regularly, and do our best to make sure we find happy homes for them all.

     We specialize in those cuddly conures, those active and playful caiques, those talkative red-bellies, senegals, and meyers, those quiet and loveable blue-headed pionus, and those colorful fancy and opaline lovebirds. 

     We believe that a clean and healthy environment is one of the ways that we can
provide the best care for all of our babies.  Our playpens and brooders are cleaned
daily to keep a clean and healthy environment.

                                                                  Company Policies

                                                                       Note: There will be no exceptions to any of the following policies.

   * Deposits:   Deposit on an unweaned bird is 1/2 the total price of bird. Remainder of total price must 
                  be paid in full at time of weaning. The weaning date will be the same date of pick-up unless
                  changed by seller.  If remainder is not paid in full, buyer forfeits all money paid and bird 
                  will be sold to someone else.

                 Deposit on a weaned bird is 1/2 the total price of bird. Remainder must be paid for in full at
                 time of pick-up which will be stipulated by seller. 

                          By placing a deposit on a weaned or unweaned bird, buyer is stating that he/she understands
                          and agrees to abide by these deposit policies.

   ** Boarding:  Boarding of bird(s) will be at discretion of seller and buyer will be charged $30 per week from
                  time of weaning.  If boarding charges are not paid in full at time of pick-up, buyer forfeit all
                  money paid previously for the purchase of bird or payments for boarding. There will be no
                  exceptions to this policy. By requesting boarding, buyer states that he/she understands and
                  agrees to abide by this boarding policy.

       *** Owner reserves the right to refuse sell of any bird. All sells are made at owner's discretion. ***

          *** Owner suggests that buyers always do regular health check-ups by an avian veterinarian. ***
